Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item may be opened or unopened, as long as it is in good condition and not excessively worn, damaged, or altered. The item must still include all original components. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We currently sell only one clothing product, so our only non-returnable items are:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item may be opened or unopened but must be in good condition. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card processors may take additional time to post the refund.
